Day 1

Motorcoach departs from Chicago. Welcome to Amish Country. Lunch. Visit the Menno-Hof Museum and discover facts about the lifestyles and beliefs of the Amish, Mennonites & Hutterites. Arrive at Essenhaus Country Inn in Middlebury, Indiana, for a 2-night stay. You’ll be guests of the charming Essenhaus Country Inn, delightfully decorated in beautiful country style. The complex also features Das Dutchman Essenhaus restaurant & a variety of shops. Dinner followed by evening entertainment TBA.

Day 2

Breakfast. Guided back roads tour of Amish Country to see Amish folk in plain dress, simple white homes and farmsteads, black buggies, and Amish country schoolhouses. Stops made at Yoder Popcorn Shop, quilt shop, and more. Throughout the tour view beautiful Amish flower quilt gardens featuring over 100,000 annuals planted in unique and colorful pattern squares. Free afternoon in Shipshewana to explore the charming shops, restaurants and mercantiles. See it all from the leisurely pace of a horse drawn carriage. Family style dinner in an Amish Home followed by evening entertainment TBA.

Day 3

Breakfast. Visit Rise n Roll Amish Bakery for fresh baked breads and sweet baked treats as well as Amish noodles, apple butter & a variety of Amish made preserves. With farmer owners and Amish roots, the Heritage Ridge Creamery will be our next stop to sample and purchase delicious cheeses. Lunch. Tour ends. Motorcoach returns to Chicago.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations prior to or on the final payment date receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation. Cancellations after the final payment date, there is no refund. If you purchase travel insurance, you are eligible to file a claim with your insurance provider.
