This is a top of the line tour company. Although I’d had three previous tours of Washington DC, the American Classic Tour surpassed all the others, in the knowledge dispensed. Their employees go the extra mile to handle any difficulties that may arise during your travels. The accommodations and dining selections are always top notch; but my favorite service is their home door pick up and return, with all the tips included. We make a lot of travel friends with this group. So many repeat customers is a testimony to the excellent service of this company.

The Canadian Rockies aboard the Rocky Mountaineer was one the best tours we have ever taken. The tour director was always ready to answer questions and help in any way possible. Taking a vacation without worrying about transportation, tipping, luggage handling, what to eat and where to eat (always the best place) made this a worry free tour. Just sit back, relax, enjoy and be pampered. What a way to travel!

“This family owned business puts you 1st, from the moment they pick you up at your door to the return to your home. I love that you never have to think about tipping, because the company pays all of them, including drivers, luggage handlers, tour guides, wait staff, etc. The local tour guides are full of local history, funny anecdotes, etc. We loved the summer beauty of the Canadian Rockies and were overwhelmed by the fall color on their Rocky Coast of Maine trip!”

We travel with American Classic because they take such good care of us. We have never been disappointed. Starting with the office staff, the driver who picks us up at our door, and the tour guide, we get off to a relaxing vacation. Then the hotels, meals, and daily tour events round out an experience to remember and share. Yes, we have traveled with other tour companies, but American Classic is #1 with us!

The Canadian Rockies Adventure far exceeded my expectations. The care for details is always evident in your tours with wonderful accommodations & included gourmet meals. The sights were spectacular and fun to enjoy by coach, boats, gondola, Snocoach and of course the famous Rocky Mountaineer. As a single traveler I’ve always felt safe and included by so many likeminded fun loving people. I’m looking forward to more adventures.

We have done two trips with ACT — New Mexico and Crossing Lake Michigan with Blueberry Picking. Both of our Tour Managers were awesome. We stayed at the best hotels and were served awesome dinners. We really like that tips and extras are included.

I just finished my second tour with this company — this one to Maine with JD. I cannot say enough great things about the entire experience. Everything from start to finish was done beautifully. JD was an excellent guide, and he was always one step ahead making sure everything went smoothly. The only suggestion I can make is to the people reading this —book a tour with American Classic!

We just returned from the 2018 Rose Parade tour. It was a great trip from getting picked up on December 28 to getting home. Friends of ours here in Sun City in Huntley, IL, had told us to expect nothing but the best... and it was. Now we can look forward to our next trip.
