Our Role
Simply speaking, we do it all. We take great pride in providing an easy and care-free service for you, the Program Director. This is what American Classic Tours does to bring this life-enriching experience to your residents:
- Tour Design: from meals to insurance, we book everything that is included in the tour.
- Traveler Correspondence: we handle payments, cancellations, scheduling, and any other questions that come up along the way.
- Trip Escorts: We provide an American Classic Tours escort on every trip to insure that your residents are comfortable and relaxed, yet stimulated and engaged throughout the trip.
- Advertising and Marketing: American Classic Tours provides Brochures as well as Presentations in order to assist Program Directors in creating maximum interest within their group.
- Brochures: Our brochures include prices, detailed itineraries, and vivid images of our destination. We have brochures for every trip we offer, and we are happy to customize them to cater to your community.
- Presentations: A “Tour Designer” can visit your community to deliver an entertaining and informative preview of the trips you want to offer your residents. Our presentations include a PowerPoint with beautiful images and a fun, upbeat, sneak-peak of your resident’s future destinations
