DAY 1

Welcome to Washington DC. Check in to the Washington Hilton for a 2-night stay. Dinner in area.

DAY 2

Breakfast. See the Capitol Building, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Korean War Memorial, World War II Memorial, and Vietnam War Memorial on a guided tour of Washington DC. Dinner at Filomena’s Restaurant.

Shenandoah National Park

DAY 3

Breakfast. Explore George Washington’s Mount Vernon Estate. Enjoy the famous Skyline Drive across Shenandoah National Park. Arrive at the Skyland Resort overlooking Shenandoah National Park for a 1-night stay. Dinner.

DAY 4

Breakfast. Tour Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello Estate in the beautiful hills of Virginia. Arrive at Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel for a 2-night stay. Dinner.

Washington DC

DAY 5

Breakfast. Guided tour of historic Jamestown Settlement established in 1607. Take a step back in time & experience Colonial Williamsburg.

DAY 6

Breakfast. Visit the state-of-the-art American Revolution Museum of Yorktown. Attend the Virginia International Tattoo with over 1500 performers! View military bands, drill teams, drummers, Celtic dancers, choirs and more from around the globe to create a spectacular performance. Arrive at DoubleTree Virginia Beach hotel for a 1-night stay.

George Washington's Mount Vernon

DAY 7

Breakfast. Scenic drive to St. Michaels. Cross the majestic Chesapeake Bay Bridge with views of the Bay & Atlantic Ocean. Visit the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum & the town of St. Michaels. Arrive at Graduate Annapolis for a 2-night stay. Dinner in area.

DAY 8

Breakfast. Guided tour of the charming, historic town of Annapolis including United States Naval Academy. See Chesapeake Bay’s iconic screw-pile lighthouses on a bay cruise with box lunch on board. Dinner.

DAY 9

Breakfast. Tour Fort McHenry — the site of a Battle in the War of 1812 and the birthplace of the Star-Spangled Banner. Tour ends.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations prior to or on the final payment date, you will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations after the final payment date with insurance purchased, you are eligible to submit a claim for a refund through the travel insurance provider. Travel insurance can include coverage for trip cancellation/interruption, emergency medical & medical evacuation/repatriation, baggage delay, trip delay, and more. For cancellations after the final payment date without insurance purchased, there is no refund.
