Day 1

Welcome to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - the City of Brotherly Love. Arrive at Le Meridien, a historic Georgian revival-style hotel in the heart of Philadelphia, for a 2-night stay. Dinner.

Day 2

Breakfast. Guided tour of Philadelphia: the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Betsy Ross Home, Congress Hall, and Christ Church. Dinner.

Day 3

Breakfast. Relive the epic story of George Washington and his fellow soldiers’ struggle for survival during the Encampment at Valley Forge on a guided tour. Travel to Gettysburg. Marvel at the Cyclorama, a painting depicting famous “Pickett’s Charge” of the Civil War Battle at Gettysburg. Explore the Gettysburg Visitor’s Center. Arrive at The Gettysburg Hotel, Est. 1797, located in the heart of historic downtown Gettysburg, PA for a 1-night stay. Dinner followed by an historical program featuring actors portraying General & Mrs. U.S. Grant.

Day 4

Breakfast. Guided tour of the Gettysburg Battlefield. Enjoy the famous Skyline Drive across Shenandoah National Park. Arrive at the Omni Hotel, Charlottesville, Virginia for a 1-night stay. Dinner.

Day 5

Breakfast. Tour Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello Estate in the beautiful hills of Virginia. Guided tour of historic Jamestown Settlement established in 1607. Arrive at Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel for a 2-night stay. Dinner.

Day 6

Breakfast. Visit the state-of-the-art American Revolution Museum of Yorktown. Take a step back in time & experience Colonial Williamsburg.

Day 7

Breakfast. Explore George Washington’s Mount Vernon Estate. Arrive at the Washington Hilton at Dupont Circle for a 2-night stay. Dinner.

Day 8

Breakfast. Discover our nation’s beautiful capital city on an all-day guided tour of Washington D.C. with stops at the WWII, Korean, Vietnam, Iwo Jima, Lincoln and FDR Memorials. Drive by Jefferson Memorial, Capitol, White House, Washington Monument and more. Dinner.

Day 9

Breakfast. Visit Arlington National Cemetery – Changing of the Guard Ceremony, Kennedy Grave Sites, Challenger Memorial & more. Tour Ends.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations prior to or on the final payment date, you will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations after the final payment date with insurance purchased, you are eligible to submit a claim for a refund through the travel insurance provider. Travel insurance can include coverage for trip cancellation/interruption, emergency medical & medical evacuation/repatriation, baggage delay, trip delay, and more. For cancellations after the final payment date without insurance purchased, there is no refund.
