Day 1

Lunch & shopping at famous Shipshewana Flea Market. Arrive at country-themed Blue Gate Inn, Shipshewana, IN for 1 night. Dinner and Show at Blue Gate Theater & Restaurant.

Day 2

Breakfast. Scenic travel through rolling countryside of Holmes County, heart of Ohio Amish Country. Arrive at lovely Victorian-themed Carlisle Village Inn, Walnut Creek, Ohio for 2 relaxing nights. Enjoy a hearty, home-cooked dinner at a local Amish home.

Day 3

Breakfast at Der Dutchman Restaurant. Discover the Amish lifestyle on a full day guided tour of scenic Holmes County, Ohio. Visit the Behalt Mennonite Center - a 265 ft. cyclorama describing the history, culture, and lifestyle of the Amish, Mennonites and Hutterites. Treat your taste buds to a variety of delicious Amish cheeses, baked goods & candies at Heini’s Cheese Chalet & Kauffman Bakery. Visit Wendall August Forge where craftsmen fashion impressive pewter goods. Explore Yoder’s authentic 100-acre Amish farm and enjoy a ride in an Amish buggy. Dinner at Dutch Valley Restaurant in Sugar Creek, Ohio. Evening show at the Ohio Star Theater.

Day 4

Breakfast at Der Dutchman. Explore Sauder Village - a living history village of 34 restored structures complete with tradesmen, costumed interpreters, bakery, homestead, barn and farm animals. Experience the unique story of furniture making at the Sauder Furniture Company Museum. Arrive at Sauder Heritage Inn. Dinner at the Barn Restaurant.

Day 5

Continental Breakfast. Arrive at Das Dutchman Essenhaus for lunch followed by free time to stroll the beautiful grounds featuring unique shops. Matinee show at Heritage Theater at Essenhaus.
